A driveway tear-out does not look like much sitting in a pile. Put it on a scale and it is a different story. Broken concrete, old blacktop, and stacked brick are dense enough that a few square feet of patio outweighs an entire houseful of furniture.
That is why this is a separate dumpster with a separate price. Our 15-yard dumpster is built for volume, for the couch and the boxes and the garage clear-out. This one is built for weight. Different job, different equipment, different number.
The One Rule That Matters
Separate materials only. No mixed loads.
Concrete, asphalt, and brick or pavers cannot be mixed with one another or with general solid waste.
Every load has to be one clean material. Concrete, or asphalt, or brick and pavers. Not two of them together, and nothing else mixed through it.
This is not us being fussy. Clean, single-material loads go to a recycling facility, where the material gets crushed and used again. That is what keeps our disposal cost down, and it is the whole reason we can charge $350 plus tax for something this heavy. The moment a load has dirt, trash, or wood mixed into it, it stops being recyclable material and has to be handled a completely different way.
So the rule is simple. Keep it to one material and keep it clean.
What clean actually means
Dirt still stuck to the bottom of a slab is completely fine. So is mortar still on a brick. Nobody expects you to pressure wash a driveway before it goes in the dumpster.
Concrete with rebar or metal set in it is different: the facility charges extra to take it, so it carries an additional disposal charge. Tell us when you book and we will give you the number up front.
What we cannot take is a load of concrete and dirt, or brick with the bedding sand shoveled in on top, or a few bags of household trash thrown on at the end. If you are unsure about something, tell us what you are loading when you book and we will give you a straight answer before anything is delivered.

Every heavy material container is weight-capped long before it is physically full, which means a bigger box does not let you put more concrete in it. It just sits there half empty while you pay for the extra steel.
approximately 1.25 cubic yards is up to 2.5 tons, and that is a full legal load. Anyone quoting you a big number on heavy material is quoting you a box, not a capacity.
How This Works
We drop the dumpster, you load it, we take it to the recycler. We do not do demolition and we do not do breakout work on your property. That is a different trade and a different price.
Most people either rent a breaker for a weekend, or have the contractor who is pouring the new driveway tear out the old one. Either way, once it is broken up and stacked, the disposal is where we come in.

Dirt stuck to a slab is fine. A load of concrete and dirt together is not. The material going in has to be the one material, and the rest has to stay out.
That is what it is designed for. It rides on rubber tires and tows in behind a four-wheel-drive (4WD) truck, so there is no steel roll-off truck dropping a container on your surface. That matters more here, not less, because the load is heavier. No placement on any surface is risk free, so we look at the spot with you before we set it.
Up to 2 days, and extra days are $35 each. Finished early? Call or text us and we will come get it. There is no discount for early pickup, but there is no reason to leave it sitting either.
