The One Rule That Matters

One material. Nothing mixed in.

Separate materials only. No mixed loads.

Concrete, asphalt, and brick or pavers cannot be mixed with one another or with general solid waste.

Every load has to be one clean material. Concrete, or asphalt, or brick and pavers. Not two of them together, and nothing else mixed through it.

This is not us being fussy. Clean, single-material loads go to a recycling facility, where the material gets crushed and used again. That is what keeps our disposal cost down, and it is the whole reason we can charge $350 plus tax for something this heavy. The moment a load has dirt, trash, or wood mixed into it, it stops being recyclable material and has to be handled a completely different way.

So the rule is simple. Keep it to one material and keep it clean.

What clean actually means

Dirt still stuck to the bottom of a slab is completely fine. So is mortar still on a brick. Nobody expects you to pressure wash a driveway before it goes in the dumpster.

Concrete with rebar or metal set in it is different: the facility charges extra to take it, so it carries an additional disposal charge. Tell us when you book and we will give you the number up front.

What we cannot take is a load of concrete and dirt, or brick with the bedding sand shoveled in on top, or a few bags of household trash thrown on at the end. If you are unsure about something, tell us what you are loading when you book and we will give you a straight answer before anything is delivered.

How It Works

Drop, load, haul.

We deliver the dumpster on rubber tires and set it close to the work, then leave it with you. Load it at your own pace. When you are done, one text or call and we are back to haul it away. up to 2.5 tons is included, subject to the legal payload and equipment limits. Weight past that is $150 per ton, and only when the load is still legal and safe to move.

Up to 2.5 tons, which works out to roughly 1.25 cubic yards or about 5 standard sidewalk slabs. Concrete is limited by weight, not by volume, so that is a full legal load. The exact ceiling is whatever the equipment can legally and safely carry.

Dirt still clinging to a slab is fine. What we cannot take is a load of concrete and dirt together. The concrete has to be the only material going in, because that is what lets us take it to a recycling facility.

It can go in, but concrete with rebar or metal set in it carries an additional disposal charge, because the facility charges extra to take it. Tell us when you book and we will give you the number up front. Loose scrap metal thrown in on top is never okay.

No. We drop the dumpster, you load it, we haul it away. We do not do demolition or breakout work on your property. If the slab still needs breaking up, you will want a contractor for that part and us for the disposal.

$350 plus tax. That covers delivery, up to 2.5 tons, up to a 2-day rental, pickup, and disposal within the package limits. Delivery and pickup are included within 20 road miles. Past that it is a $50 distance and fuel surcharge, extra days are $35 each, and weight over the included amount is $150 per ton. No call-for-quote.
